The renowned tabletop wargame Warhammer 40,000, from the UK-based tabletop model company Games Workshop, is about to release brand new models. This latest update focuses on the Astra Militarum faction, introducing new miniatures and tabletop wargaming rules, including miniatures themed around the Death Korps of Krieg, set for official release in late February.

Death Korps Heavy Weapons Squads are used to support infantry assaults, laying down crossfires to pin down the enemy and provide cover for the advancing regimental infantry. Gunners, under the direction of a spotter, will maintain continuous fire for as long as possible.

The Astra Militarum employs a variety of artillery to annihilate the enemy from extreme distances. The various munitions fired by these towed weapons can wipe out entire squads of infantry, blast open fortified bunkers, and destroy armoured columns.

【Leman Russ Battle Tank】
The Leman Russ Battle Tank is the mainstay of the Imperial Guard, the vanguard of countless armoured offensives. Foes not obliterated by their cannon fire are mercilessly crushed beneath their heavy tracks.
This model comes with various main cannon options: the short-ranged but devastating Demolisher Cannon; the Vanquisher Battle Cannon for use against heavily armoured enemies; the Punisher Gatling Cannon to mow down hordes of foes; the Executioner Plasma Cannon that easily burns through vehicle armour, and more. It can even be built as a Tank Commander.

The massive Rogal Dorn Battle Tank is a behemoth, used to support the line and spearhead assaults. Equipped with immensely powerful weaponry, these tanks bombard enemy fortifications with huge shells before raking enemy infantry with storms of fire.

The Valkyrie is well-armed and heavily armoured. These gunships are piloted by experienced crew who weave through enemy fighters and ground fire to deliver their embarked soldiers. These troops either drop from high altitude via grav-chutes or assault the landing zone as the gunship hovers at low altitude.
【Baneblade】
The Baneblade super-heavy tank possesses overwhelming firepower, making it more of a mobile fortress than a vehicle. Wherever a Baneblade fights, it becomes the centre of the battle line, with Imperial Guard soldiers and even smaller tanks taking cover behind it, waiting for its massive main cannon and other weapons to pulverize the enemy. This kit can also be assembled as a Banehammer, Banesword, Doomhammer, Hellhammer, Shadowsword, Stormlord, or Stormsword super-heavy tank.
