Japanese model manufacturer Kotobukiya has announced the latest addition to its popular mecha musume plastic model series, "Frame Arms Girl," with the upcoming release of "Reiwu," scheduled for August 2025.

The Frame Arms Girl "Reiwu" is a bishoujo-fied unit based on the Frame Arms "Genbu", originally designed by Kojima Productions Art Director Yoji Shinkawa. Shinkawa himself designed Reiwu's brighter color scheme, and it was brought to life by prototype sculptor Katsuhiko Hori. This model features a rare "megane-ko" (girl with glasses) design within the Frame Arms Girl series.

Reiwu is crafted with entirely new parts, faithfully reproducing the same armament components as Genbu's design across its entire body. It features a unique hairstyle that reveals a high forehead and specialized face parts. Three pre-painted face parts are included for interchangeability, and the glasses parts can be freely attached and detached.

Aside from the specialized hairstyle and face parts, the base body can be interchanged with existing Frame Arms Girl products and boasts flexible articulation. Each armor part can be freely detached and reattached to recreate both light and heavy armament forms. The model comes equipped with weapons such as a "Rocket Launcher," "Rifle," and "Combat Sword" for dynamic posing. Furthermore, all connection points throughout the body adhere to the 3mm standard, allowing for seamless interchangeability with Frame Arms "Genbu" armament parts.
