Following "Kamen Rider Gaim Orange Arms" and "Kamen Rider Baron Banana Arms", the "Shinkocchou Seihou" series under S.H.Figuarts, released by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., has once again launched a new product from the "Kamen Rider Gaim" theme—the "Kamen Rider Ryugen Budou Arms" action figure. It has a reference price of 11,000 JPY and is scheduled for release in September 2025!
The third Rider in the series, Kamen Rider Ryugen, is transformed by Mitsuzane Kureshima. His design is based on ancient Chinese generals, and from the armor style to the transformation belt sound effects, it is full of elements of Chinese culture. Budou Arms is the form transformed using the Sengoku Driver with the "Budou" Lockseed, and it is Ryugen's basic form.
This S.H.Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider Ryugen stands approximately 14.5 cm tall. Using the Shinkocchou Seihou method, which builds the figure outwards from the skeletal structure, his in-show appearance is faithfully recreated. The armor details of the Budou Arms, centered around the circular chest piece, are intricately sculpted. The design of the belt, the Chinese patterns on the armor, and the loincloth are all delicately reproduced! The paintwork utilizes pearlescent paint to replicate the satin finish of the green fabric and the metallic texture of the purple armor, emitting a dazzling luster under light!
Accessories include multiple sets of interchangeable hands, the Budou Lockseed, the Ryuhou Budou weapon, and compound eye parts for armor transformation. It also shares the detachable armor design with other products in the Shinkocchou Seihou Gaim series. Various parts can be combined and played with the previously released two Riders or the "Pineapple Arms / Strawberry Arms" accessories, allowing for the creation of various cool combinations!
