Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company's immensely popular "Ichiban Kuji" brand, where every draw wins a prize, has unveiled information on all prizes for its latest product, "Mobile Suit Gundam 00 -GUNDAM MEISTERS-", themed after "Mobile Suit Gundam 00". It is scheduled for limited sale starting April 1, 2025, exclusively on Ichiban Kuji ONLINE.
First aired in 2007, the Gundam series "Mobile Suit Gundam 00" was the first to use the Anno Domini (A.D.) calendar as its setting, featuring a near-future backdrop close to reality. The story describes a world where, after Earth's oil reserves were depleted, humanity, relying on solar energy for survival, constructed orbital elevators capable of generating vast amounts of solar power and accessing space stations. However, only members of the world's three major alliances could benefit from this boon. As major powers continued their arms race and civil wars spread in impoverished smaller nations, the private armed organization "Celestial Being" heralded a new dawn, deploying four Mobile Suits, "Gundam," far beyond Earth's technology, to intervene militarily across the world, vowing to eradicate war.
This iteration of the "Mobile Suit Gundam 00 -GUNDAM MEISTERS-" prizes will focus on the characters appearing in the series and the four Gundam mobile suits deployed by Celestial Being in the first season, offering a variety of merchandise such as acrylic stands, rubber coasters, and clear posters. The grand prize, "A Prize," will feature the "MASTERLISE MECHANICS Gundam Exia" non-articulated figure, piloted by the protagonist Setsuna F. Seiei in the series. This figure boasts a height of approximately 22 cm, high-density armor detailing, body markings, and faithfully recreates the cool design of its main right-arm weapon, the "GN Sword." The Last One Prize will also offer a "TRANS-AM" version, painted with metallic red and other colors.
