Japanese brand GOODSMILE COMPANY's "Nendoroid Doll" series, which features low-head-to-body ratio figures with fabric clothing, is releasing a new product based on "Evangelion: New Theatrical Edition" – "Kaworu Nagisa" – alongside "Shinji Ikari". The suggested retail price is 9,000 JPY, with an estimated release in November 2025!
The Fifth Child, Kaworu Nagisa, only appeared in the TV series finale as the Thirteenth Angel, possessing the ability to freely control synchronization rates and pilot unmanned EVAs. In the New Theatrical Edition, he pilots Unit 13 alongside Shinji, and in Q, he self-destructs to prevent the Fourth Impact, causing immense trauma to Shinji.
This Nendoroid Doll Kaworu Nagisa stands approximately 14 cm tall and features his uniform from the New Theatrical Edition. The fabric material is tailored to faithfully recreate various details of the uniform from the film. The off-white shoes also have magnets on the bottom, allowing for more stable dynamic posing with the dedicated stand. Furthermore, he can be displayed and played with alongside the previously released "Asuka" and "Rei Ayanami", as well as the simultaneously released "Shinji Ikari", to recreate scenes from the series!
