PLEX Corporation of Japan, produced by PLEX Corporation and distributed by X-PLUS Corporation, has announced the latest product "Godzilla (2016)" from the movie "Shin Godzilla" under the "Toho 30CM Series" as part of its "FAVORITE SCULPTORS LINE," which commercializes renowned sculptors' GK models into finished products. The suggested retail price is 49,500 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in October 2025.
The "Toho 30CM Series FAVORITE SCULPTORS LINE Godzilla (2016)" collaborates with the top-tier sculptor KOKURYU KOUBOU to create an entirely new sculpt specifically for the "Toho 30CM Series." With an impressive size of approximately 60 cm in height (to the tail) and 56 cm in total length, it captures the immense oppressive feeling of its awakened form! Through precise sculpting techniques, the rough, granular skin all over its body, the terrifying eye and head details, the jagged teeth, and the long, massive tail are faithfully reproduced. The delicate paint application, combined with transparent materials, creates the effect of purple and red light shimmering from within its body, visible on its red-black surface and at the tip of its tail. The head sculpt, with its mouth wide open, ready to unleash its atomic breath, exudes overwhelming power!
The Shonen RIC Limited Edition also includes an "Normal State Head" interchangeable part, depicting Godzilla's appearance just before awakening and fully unleashing its energy.
