Japan's TAITO Corporation (株式会社タイトー) announced on its official X account that its popular "Desktop Cute" prize figure series will release a new product featuring the popular anime "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" – "Frieren"!
"Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" tells the story of Frieren, an elf protagonist with an incredibly long lifespan, who once defeated the Demon King alongside the hero Himmel and his party. However, it was only after Himmel's passing that she gradually came to understand the brevity and brilliance of human life. To further comprehend human emotions, Frieren embarks on a journey of self-discovery with the disciples of two of her former comrades.
This Desktop Cute Frieren figure depicts her resting while leaning on a suitcase. The sculpting faithfully recreates the wrinkles and stylistic details of her clothing, and her iconic earrings and gentle gaze are meticulously reproduced. The paintwork uses a pearlescent finish to represent the material of her skirt and shawl edges, while her hair utilizes translucent plastic combined with paintwork to create a clear, luminous visual effect under light, delicately capturing Frieren's resting posture during her journey!
