Japanese toy company SpiceSeed (スパイスシード), known for producing high-quality figures, has once again launched a super luxurious finished product of the "King of the Century's End," "Gold Leaf Raoh Ascension," following popular releases such as "Raoh" and "Raoh Ascension ver. Original Color" from the "Fist of the North Star" series. The suggested retail price is 272,800 JPY, with pre-orders starting on July 19, 2025.
The King of Fists, Raoh, is a heavyweight character in "Fist of the North Star." He is the eldest brother among the four Hokuto brothers and trained under Ryuken, the master of Hokuto Shinken, alongside the protagonist Kenshiro. Under the rule that Hokuto Shinken is passed down to only one successor, Raoh, due to his excessive ambition, was not chosen as the successor. He then killed his master Ryuken and began to aim for the heavens, proclaiming himself the King of Fists. He even established his own army, constantly conquering territories, and became the "King of the Century's End," a name that struck fear into everyone, with his undefeated legend.
▼Classic scene from the manga
Released to celebrate SpiceSeed's 10th anniversary, the "Gold Leaf Raoh Ascension" is designed based on a legendary classic scene from "Fist of the North Star" (Raoh Den: Gekitou no Sho) — Raoh, having abandoned his tyrannical ambitions and willingly accepting defeat, raises his fist to the sky and declares, "I have no regrets in my life!" This iconic anime moment serves as the inspiration for the sculpt. Crafted by sculptor Ken Matsuura, this approximately 42 cm tall, powerful figure captures Raoh's expression of no regrets, his powerful musculature, and the majestic details of his lower body attire, including the belt and armor! Seamlessly applied gold leaf allows for a full 360-degree appreciation of the luxurious luster emanating from the golden body of the King of the Century's End!
