World-renowned Hong Kong toy brand Hot Toys, in addition to "Kamen Rider Black" and "Shadow Moon", is also simultaneously launching another new product based on the classic tokusatsu series "Kamen Rider Black" – the "Battle Hopper" 1/6th scale collectible vehicle. The suggested retail price is HKD 1,880, and it will be available for pre-sale at the Hong Kong Ani-Com & Games convention held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from July 25 to 29, 2025. Pre-orders are expected to ship in Q3 to Q4 2025!
The Battle Hopper, the vehicle Kotaro used to escape in the first episode, is the Century King's exclusive motorcycle, created by Gorgom with advanced scientific technology. It possesses the ability to think, judge, and feel emotions, and is equipped with a synchronization device that allows it to sync with BLACK's thoughts. It can self-heal when damaged, and even stand up on its own after being knocked down! In the series' final battle, the Battle Hopper self-destructed to take Shadow Moon down with it, making it a truly legendary Kamen Rider vehicle!
This 1/6th scale Battle Hopper collectible vehicle measures 36 cm in length, faithfully recreating its appearance from the series. It meticulously showcases realistic mechanical details such as the engine, frame, exhaust pipes, and kickstand. The paintwork accurately reproduces the bright green, red, and white grasshopper-like design. The antennae on the handlebars and the grasshopper legs next to the exhaust pipes are all exquisitely reproduced! The red compound eyes on the headlight feature an LED light-up function, and it is equipped with a rear suspension spring system and rotatable wheels. It can be displayed with the simultaneously released Kamen Rider Black, or paired with Shadow Moon to recreate the classic scene of it being forcibly taken during the final battle!
