Megahouse, a Japanese toy company, under its high-end collectible figure series - "Ultimate Article" which focuses on realistic sculpting and special mechanisms, has launched a new product based on the classic tokusatsu series "Kamen Rider Black" – the "Kamen Rider Black" pre-painted figure. The suggested retail price is 37,400 JPY, with an estimated release in March 2026!
"Kamen Rider Black" is a tokusatsu series from the Kamen Rider franchise that began airing in 1987. Conceived with the idea of returning to its origins, it refreshed the worldview established since "Kamen Rider Super 1" using the latest technology. The story follows young Kotaro Minami and his brother Nobuhiko Akizuki, who are both abducted by the dark organization Gorgom. They are identified as candidates for the "Next Creation King" and undergo modification with the King Stone. Kotaro fortunately escapes during the chaos and later transforms into Kamen Rider Black to fight against Gorgom.
This UA Ultimate Article Kamen Rider BLACK stands approximately 40 cm tall, perfectly recreating every detail of the BLACK suit with its impressive large size. The exquisite sculpting restores the texture of the armor surface and the helmet's shape. Poses can be changed by swapping out interchangeable arm parts. The base also comes with two sticker designs, a standard logo and the BLACK emblem, allowing collectors to freely choose how to display it!
