While fans still have to wait until September 17, 2027, for the highly anticipated sequel to the critically acclaimed "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem," Paramount is set to release a new short film this year: "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Chrome Alone 2: Lost in New Jersey." As the title suggests, the short draws inspiration from "Home Alone 2: Lost in New York."

"Lost in New Jersey" already premiered at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival in June and is expected to officially debut in December, likely as a pre-feature short alongside "The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants." The first still and title logo design (pictured above) were revealed yesterday, followed by the first sneak peek clip (see link above) which dropped early this morning.
The approximately seven-minute short film will follow the four Turtle brothers as they track down a mysterious toy company in New Jersey that is capitalizing on their newfound fame.
