The 2025 Osaka Expo wrapped up on October 13th, leaving visitors thrilled with its diverse exhibits and countless novelties. Its official mascot, Myaku-Myaku, has become one of the year's most beloved online characters and memes. Naturally, the Expo offered a ton of Myaku-Myaku merch, from practical items to playful collectibles. But when some of that merch falls into the hands of truly creative individuals, things can get wild.

Twitter user Edama (@kissshot51) recently shared his wife's haul from the Expo: a "Myaku-Myaku pouch." About the size of a pencil case or coin purse, this zippered pouch originally held candy and, thanks to its Myaku-Myaku design, can stand upright on its own. That gave Edama an idea: he was going to use it for his action figures!

He first showcased a hilarious setup: an action figure of the "culprit" from "Detective Conan" stuffed inside the Myaku-Myaku pouch, creating a scene where "the person inside Myaku-Myaku was actually the culprit!" Beside it, a Conan figure struck a shocked pose. Who knew you could play with it like this?
▼ Conan: "The one in the Myaku-Myaku suit is...?!"

Edama even went full video game boss mode, staging a "post-first-phase boss shedding its skin." He used the pouch as the "skin," with a character figure emerging dramatically from it.
This unique playstyle quickly went viral on Twitter. Other netizens who bought the same pouch at the Expo joined in, with one user even recreating the gag using a Takanori Nishikawa figure. One commenter even admitted to nearly spitting out their miso soup after seeing the third image – talk about a truly "laugh-out-loud" way to play with figures!
