Japanese gashapon brand KITAN CLUB (奇譚クラブ), in collaboration with designer Naoko Yatou, has once again announced the latest product in its "Bird's Holiday" series: the "Bird's Holiday Lazy Sparrow" gashapon. There are a total of four designs, with a reference price of 400 JPY per capsule, scheduled for release in December 2025!
After their roles as snipers and delinquent thugs, the sparrows have retired from their previous antics, becoming idle and leisurely in the "Bird's Holiday Lazy Sparrow" gashapon series! Also inspired by the slightly mysterious daily lives of cute sparrows, this series features sparrows lounging at home, complete with essential paper craft accessories for home relaxation. These include: sitting with legs spread (orange peel + cup), lying down with hand on face (potato chips), knees-up sitting (zabuton cushion), and lying on their back (game console + manga). Retaining the sparrow's cute, round, and soft physique and characteristic feather colors, these are highly intelligent little sparrows who truly know how to enjoy their holidays and relax!
