From BANDAI SPIRITS' tabletop game brand, "BANDAI TABLETOP GAMES," comes the new "GUNDAM ASSEMBLE" series, which combines Gundam model kits with wargaming. The first product, "GUNDAM ASSEMBLE STARTER SET 01," has been announced for release in October 2026.
"GUNDAM ASSEMBLE" is a tabletop wargame that brings together mobile suits from across the history of the "Gundam" franchise for strategic battles. It features game settings that reflect the characteristics of each unit, scenarios adapted from the original works, and original scenarios that cross over different universes. Each game piece is a 5 cm tall miniature model composed of single-colored Gunpla parts, allowing players to paint and customize their units.
The first release, "GUNDAM ASSEMBLE STARTER SET 01," is an introductory set that provides everything needed to start playing. It includes six Gundam miniatures: the original Gundam, Char's Zaku, Wing Gundam Zero EW, Gundam Epyon, Gundam Barbatos Lupus Rex, and Gundam Vidar. The set also contains tactic cards, unit cards, a game map, ten-sided dice, papercraft terrain, game tokens, and more, enabling fast-paced and thrilling "3 vs. 3" battles.
In addition to the basic "STARTER SET," the "GUNDAM ASSEMBLE" line will also feature a "DELUXE SET" for large-scale 5 vs. 5 battles based on original story scenarios, as well as "Expansion Packs" that include a variety of tactical units for building your own personalized squads.
