“Oi!”
In addition to the "Homelander Finale Ver.," Japanese toy brand MEDICOM TOY's popular 6-inch action figure series "MAFEX" has also simultaneously unveiled another new product from the popular R-rated superhero series "The Boys"—the "William Billy Butcher TEMP V24 Ver." action figure. The suggested retail price is 14,080 JPY, with an estimated release in February 2027!
William Billy Butcher, the leader of The Boys, is a former CIA black ops member. After his wife was sexually assaulted by Homelander and subsequently disappeared, he developed a deep hatred for the entire supe community. To combat superpowered adversaries, he often resorts to unscrupulous methods. In Season 3, he even injected himself with temporary Compound V, using the very superpowers he despises to confront Homelander, a decision that later had severe repercussions for Butcher.
This "William Billy Butcher TEMP V24 Ver." is crafted based on Butcher's appearance in Season 3. The figure stands approximately 15.5 cm tall, with the head sculpt once again produced by Masato Ohata, meticulously capturing actor Karl Urban's facial features in a smaller scale. It faithfully reproduces the wrinkled details of his floral shirt and trousers. The trench coat is recreated using a coffee-toned fabric material, featuring hidden wires on the sides, allowing for free removal or adjustment to create dynamic, flowing poses as desired!
Accessories include multiple sets of interchangeable hands, three interchangeable head sculpts (including one depicting his laser eyes after injecting temporary V), an M4 carbine, an M82 sniper rifle, a Beretta M9 pistol, a pry bar, a watch, a whiskey glass, a whiskey bottle, two vials of temporary Compound V, and yellow laser eye effect parts. These can be displayed alongside the simultaneously released Homelander Finale Ver. to recreate the battle scenes from Season 3!
