Yesterday (23), Danish LEGO toy company not only announced "Shrek, Donkey, and Puss in Boots", but also this "BrickHeadz" series set, "40923 Shrek, Donkey & Gingy", based on the 2001 animated film "Shrek"! It is expected to be released on June 1, 2026, with a suggested retail price of US$24.99.
This set contains a total of 260 pieces. After assembly, you will get three BrickHeadz big-head brick-built models: Shrek, Donkey, and Gingy, with heights ranging from approximately 5 to 8 cm. Shrek fully recreates his green skin and rounded belly, and his ears are even represented by wine glass pieces, which is super fun! It also comes with a "Beware Ogre!" sign piece. Donkey's prominent buck teeth are a major highlight, making him look like he's constantly smiling, which is very cute! Gingy uses brown and white pieces to recreate his cookie body, and the printed mouth piece is incredibly eye-catching.
