GOOD SMILE COMPANY's affordable pre-painted figure series "POP UP PARADE" from Japan, based on the popular series HUNTER x HUNTER, is releasing the "POP UP PARADE Gon Freecss L size" PVC figure! With a suggested retail price of 8,800 JPY, it is scheduled for release in October 2026!
The manga series HUNTER×HUNTER, which began serialization in 1998 and whose ending is still far off, features Gon Freecss as its main protagonist. Growing up on Whale Island, surrounded by nature and raised solely by Aunt Mito, Gon accidentally learned about his father's deeds, which sparked his interest in the Hunter profession. Furthermore, to find his father and fulfill his own dreams, he participated in the Hunter Exam and embarked on the path to becoming a Hunter.
The "POP UP PARADE Gon Freecss L size" PVC figure, standing approximately 20 cm tall, sculpts Gon as he embarks on his journey to take the Hunter Exam. Dressed in his iconic green outfit, he holds his beloved fishing rod, which played a crucial role in the early Hunter Exam. His brilliant smile and relaxed pose flashing a "V" sign capture Gon's initial innocent and pure impression. His slender calves are also sculpted with charming cuteness!
