Tamashii Nations, the collectors division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS, has officially unveiled a new product for its S.H.Figuarts action figure line based on the hit anime "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba"—the "Kamado Tanjiro & Tomioka Giyu Water Breathing Effect Parts Set"! This set is scheduled for an October 2026 release, with a suggested retail price of 6,600 JPY.
Water Breathing is one of the five primary Breathing Styles derived from Sun Breathing, renowned for its high adaptability, defensive capabilities, and versatility. The techniques of Water Breathing are fluid, allowing the user to react to any combat situation like flowing water. The style encompasses 10 fundamental forms, from the First Form: Water Surface Slash to the Tenth Form: Constant Flux. It also includes a unique eleventh form created by Giyu Tomioka, "Dead Calm," an absolute defense capable of nullifying any attack.
This "Kamado Tanjiro & Tomioka Giyu Water Breathing Effect Parts Set" includes three gorgeously sculpted water stream effects that capture the dynamic and elegant motion of the technique. The parts are designed to be displayed alongside the re-released "S.H.Figuarts Kamado Tanjiro -Infinity Castle Showdown Ver.-" and "S.H.Figuarts Tomioka Giyu".
