Japanese manufacturer Sentinel has announced the latest entry in its popular die-cast action figure line, 『RIOBOT』! Straight from "Super Robot Wars OG," the "Huckebein Mk-III" is scheduled for release in November 2026.
The "Huckebein Mk-III" is an original mecha from the "SRW OG" series and the direct successor to the Huckebein Mk-II. Developed with the concept of a "compact, high-performance SRX," it's equipped not only with the same "T-LINK System" and "Uranus System" as the R-1 but also features a "Tronium Engine" identical to the one in the SRX. This allows a pilot with powerful psychokinetic abilities to unleash performance that surpasses even the SRX. In terms of armaments, it inherits the Huckebein series' Photon Rifle and Graviton Rifle, and can also be upgraded using "Armored Module (AM) Parts" into the melee-focused "Huckebein Boxer" or the flight-and-firepower-enhanced "Huckebein Gunner."
The "RIOBOT Huckebein Mk-III" is a fully painted, articulated figure standing approximately 17cm tall, perfectly capturing its appearance from the game's design art. Its sharp and stylish armor is crafted from ABS plastic, while key joints in the shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees are made with die-cast metal parts, providing both durability and a satisfying weight. The two back-mounted "Multi-Trace Missile Pods," a devastating MAP weapon, can be deployed without any part-swapping to reveal the detailed warheads within.
The figure is loaded with accessories, including a "Photon Rifle" that can be stowed on the rear waist armor and a "Graviton Rifle" that comes with a dedicated stand to recreate its iconic firing pose from "Super Robot Wars Alpha." The "Beam Sword" and "Roche Saber" feature unique hilt designs and beam effects, and can be stored in the front and rear skirt armor, respectively. The "Fang Slasher," typically mounted on the left arm, can be detached and transformed into its X-shape for dynamic throwing poses. Furthermore, Sentinel is also releasing the "RIOBOT AM Boxer" and "RIOBOT AM Gunner" armor modules (sold separately) to allow fans to recreate both of the Huckebein Mk-III's powerful upgraded forms!
