Sentinel, the renowned Japanese model manufacturer, has announced the latest addition to its popular RIOBOT alloy action figure series: the "AM Boxer" from "Super Robot Wars OG," slated for release in December 2026.
The AM Boxer was originally an enhanced armor module designed for the SRX's Huckebein Mk-III. When combined with the Huckebein Mk-III, it forms the "Huckebein Boxer," a unit specialized for high-mobility close-quarters combat. This formidable armor not only boasts heavy plating for superior defense but also features powerful thrusters on its back for enhanced maneuverability. Its signature massive arms operate independently of the main body, allowing it to unleash devastating melee attacks like the "Soul Crusher Punch." Moreover, when detached from the main unit, the armor can transform into its "Gravity Claymore Mode" to execute the powerful special attack, "Gravity Claymore Slide."
The "RIOBOT AM Boxer" stands at an imposing 23 cm tall, featuring high-strength die-cast alloy parts for its articulated joints. It can combine with the separately sold Huckebein Mk-III to form the "Huckebein Boxer." Each thruster unit on its back is equipped with a deployment mechanism, and the inner sections of its massive arms faithfully recreate the grip handles for the Huckebein Mk-III.
Once combined, the sturdy joints and fully articulated five-fingered hands allow for a wide array of dynamic punching and flying kick poses. The AM Boxer's waist articulation and the locking mechanisms on its feet and the Huckebein Mk-III's rear thighs ensure that the armor seamlessly follows the main body's movements, enabling natural poses even during waist twists or leg bends. The AM Boxer also faithfully recreates its standalone transformation into the impressive 33 cm long "Gravity Claymore Mode." An included display stand and auxiliary support allow the Huckebein Mk-III to ride atop it, perfectly recreating the iconic and powerful "Gravity Claymore Slide" special attack scene.
By having the "Huckebein Boxer" wield the separately sold "AM Gunner," collectors can recreate the iconic "Full Impact Cannon" attack, famously unleashed by the EX Huckebein in the anime series "Super Robot Wars OG -The Inspector-."
