Bandai's Gashapon capsule toy brand has teamed up with the super popular multi-talented artist Kenshi Yonezu to release their latest product: the "Kenshi Yonezu Mini CD Collection" Gashapon series! It's officially set to hit Gashapon machines across Japan starting the fifth week of August 2026. The collection features 10 revealed tracks and one secret edition, with each capsule retailing for 500 JPY.
The "Kenshi Yonezu Mini CD Collection" Gashapon series meticulously reproduces Kenshi Yonezu's popular works in exquisite mini-CD form, measuring approximately 4cm x 4.5cm. From "IRIS OUT," the theme song for the "Chainsaw Man Reze Arc" movie, to "JANE DOE," his collaboration with Hikaru Utada, and the hit single "Lemon" along with his latest album "LOST CORNER," many of his classic works are cleverly transformed into charming keychains! All cover illustrations are personally drawn by Kenshi Yonezu. The CD cases open and close, feature a foldable inner booklet, and even allow the disc to be removed, faithfully replicating real CDs in almost every detail! Works previously only released digitally are making their physical debut, and some editions also feature rare limited-edition cover designs. Finally, a mysterious secret edition is included, leaving fans eager to discover it! Could it be the opening theme for the anime "The Gold Winner," "BOW AND ARROW"?
