BANDAI SPIRITS' TAMASHII NATIONS collector's division has announced the "METAL SELECTION" special exhibition, focusing on die-cast model toys. The event will run from April 30 to June 30, 2026, at TAMASHII SPOT TAIPEI, the official collector's toy specialty space located in Taipei Underground Street. If you're a fan of Japanese robot anime and toys, this is your chance to experience the captivating appeal of die-cast models firsthand!
The exhibition at TAMASHII SPOT TAIPEI will showcase a selection of TAMASHII NATIONS' premier die-cast series. These include the "Soul of Chogokin" series, renowned for its numerous Super Robot releases such as "Mazinger Z"; the "METAL ROBOT Damashii" series, which delivers a substantial feel and high articulation in a compact size; and the "METAL BUILD" series, which pursues ultimate quality and is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year with an expanded lineup of characters.
Each model offers a close-up look at its unique craftsmanship and visual impact. From the paint finishes that replicate the heft and cool metallic sheen of real metal, to the intricate mechanical details and interlocking structures crafted from die-cast materials, everything is on full display. This allows you to personally experience the latest advancements in modern toy engineering and the undeniable allure of die-cast models!
