Japanese collectible maker GOOD SMILE COMPANY has unveiled a new release from the hit anime "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" for its Nendoroid Basic line. Based on the concept of being "cheaper and faster," this simplified series features fewer face plates and accessories. The new "Frieren" figure will be priced at 3,900 JPY and sold as a limited exclusive at Good Smile Fes 2026, held from June 6-7 at Bellesalle Akihabara in Tokyo, and August 22-23 at Umeda Crystal Hall in Osaka. For fans unable to attend, limited pre-orders will also go live on the official GSC website starting June 6 at 10:00 AM (JST)!
"Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" tells the story of Frieren, an elven mage with an incredibly long lifespan. After defeating the Demon King with the hero Himmel and his party, she only begins to comprehend the fleeting yet brilliant nature of human life after Himmel's passing. To better understand human emotion, Frieren embarks on a journey of self-discovery with the apprentices of her former comrades.
This Nendoroid Basic Frieren stands approximately 10cm tall and is designed to recreate the touching flashback scene from Episode 14, "Privilege of the Young," where the hero Himmel places a ring on her finger. While the head and body are based on the previous release, this version comes with a new face plate featuring a slightly surprised expression. It also includes a special hand part with the ring on her finger, allowing you to recreate the adorable interaction from the show by pairing her with the previously released Nendoroid Himmel!
