Bandai's GASHAPON division is set to release a new collection based on the popular anime and manga series "Dandadan" – the "Turbo Granny (Maneki-neko) BIG Sofubi Collection" capsule toys! Each capsule will retail for 500 JPY, with an anticipated release in the fifth week of May 2026.
Turbo Granny, after cursing Okarun and stealing his testicles during his dare, had her consciousness transferred into a Maneki-neko doll by Seiko following the Seino City incident. Now, she reluctantly aids Okarun and his companions in their quest to recover his lost testicles, hoping to regain her freedom. This "Turbo Granny BIG Sofubi Collection" captures Turbo Granny in her Maneki-neko form across various dynamic poses. The collection features four distinct designs (A-D): a standard sitting pose, holding a golden testicle, wearing headphones, and eating yakisoba pan. Standing at approximately 7 cm tall, these figures boast a substantial presence for capsule toys, meticulously recreating her amusing facial expressions and intricate details like the "Ten Million Ryo" koban on her chest. Displaying them all together creates an incredibly charming lineup!
