Japanese toy brand MEDICOM TOY's popular 6-inch action figure line, MAFEX, has announced an exciting new product based on the Star Wars spin-off series "Ahsoka"—the "No.315 Ahsoka Tano (WHITE COSTUME Ver.)" action figure. It will retail for 14,080 JPY and is slated for release in March 2027!
"Ahsoka" builds upon the animated series "Star Wars: The Clone Wars" (released in 2008) and "Star Wars Rebels" (released in 2014). The series follows Ahsoka Tano five years after the fall of the Empire as she investigates the potential return of Grand Admiral Thrawn. She reunites with her former apprentice Sabine Wren to begin their investigation, also attempting to find their old comrade Ezra Bridger along the way.
This Ahsoka Tano (WHITE COSTUME Ver.) figure stands approximately 14.5 cm tall. It faithfully recreates her white costume from the conclusion of her standalone series. Despite its smaller scale, the sculpt captures the likeness of actress Rosario Dawson. Ahsoka's distinctive blue and white Togruta montrals and lekku accurately reproduce the slightly wrinkled texture seen in the live-action show, while the varied fabric textures, tassels, and straps on her outfit are all meticulously rendered.
Accessories include three interchangeable head sculpts, multiple sets of alternate hands, a fabric cape, and her iconic pair of white lightsabers (one long, one short). The lightsabers come in four distinct styles: hilts only, hilts with a peg for attachment to the figure, ignited blades, and ignited blades with dynamic motion blur effects, allowing for a wide range of poses to recreate scenes from the series.
