BANDAI HOBBY, the model kit brand under Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS, has announced the latest addition to its character model kit series, "30 MINUTES FANTASY," with the new "Lieber Fortress" slated for release in November 2026.
"30 MINUTES FANTASY" is a new series themed around various fantasy world professions. It inherits the core features of the 30 MINUTES line, offering easy assembly, simple construction, and endless customization. Builders can assemble highly articulated base bodies with human-like flexibility, and then attach various professional exteriors using the 3mm expansion ports across the body. As the product lineup expands, collectors can upgrade from basic to advanced professions, continuously strengthening their characters much like a job change system in an RPG.
The "30MF Lieber Fortress" represents a Rank III profession within the Lieber faction's knight system. The base body utilizes the same parts as the "30MF Lieber Knight," with a re-tuned color scheme. Thanks to multi-axis articulation in the limbs, chest, waist, and neck, it can achieve natural and dynamic poses such as running, heroic landings, high kneeling, and even cross-legged sitting. The base body also features numerous standard 3mm connection ports and expansion ring joints on the limbs.
The armor boasts intricate part separation and faithfully recreates cool metallic and fabric surface engravings. Once connected to the base body's 3mm ports, it forms the "Lieber Fortress." Its armaments are completely different from the long sword and shield equipped by the Lieber Knight; instead, it wields an even larger spear and a massive shield. The Lieber national emblem on the shield is reproduced with a separate yellow part. Combined with the main body's imposing armored design, it truly resembles an unshakeable fortress.
