TAKARA TOMY's creative capsule toy brand, "Panda's Ana" (パンダの穴), is set to release another hilarious new series: "Panda's Ana Wanwan Oden (わんわんおでん)"! This collection features five adorable designs, each priced at 300 JPY (tax included), and is slated for a June 2026 release.
The story goes that a kind old man, a devoted dog lover, meticulously crafted various dog-shaped Oden dishes daily. One day, his profound love for dogs, combined with the mysterious power of a secret soup base, brought these Oden creations to life! These "Wanwan Oden" quickly became beloved mascots, warming the hearts and stomachs of customers as they steamed invitingly under the stall.
The "Panda's Ana Wanwan Oden (わんわんおでん)" capsule toy series ingeniously blends cute dogs with classic Oden ingredients, creating an entirely new breed of "Doggy Oden"! Customers can now pick from delectable ingredients like Mochi Kinchaku (rice cake in a fried tofu pouch), Boiled Egg, Daikon Radish, Chikuwa (fish cake tube), and Konjac. Beyond the realistic textures and colors of the Oden ingredients, each piece features an irresistibly cute dog face – these are definitely a must-have!
