Bandai Spirits, a leading Japanese toy company, has announced the latest additions to its popular "MOVIE MONSTER Series" of Tokusatsu kaiju soft vinyl figures. Coming in June 2026 are the new "Dynamic Godzilla (1992)" and "Dynamic Godzilla (1967)" figures, both inspired by Toho's iconic "Godzilla" film franchise.
The "MOVIE MONSTER Dynamic" series distinguishes itself from the standard MOVIE MONSTER line, which typically features more static poses. Instead, the "Dynamic" series captures iconic, action-packed scenes from the films with a wider range of expressive postures. The upcoming "Godzilla (1992)" figure, based on the Heisei-era film "Godzilla vs. Mothra," vividly recreates the intense moment when Mothra Larva attacks Godzilla's tail, sending the King of the Monsters airborne. This figure meticulously reproduces the highly biological and detailed sculpts of both kaiju.

Meanwhile, the "Godzilla (1967)" figure hails from the Showa-era film "Son of Godzilla." This heartwarming piece captures the touching final scene where Godzilla and Minilla embrace, preparing for hibernation amidst a heavy snowfall. Unlike typical figures that depict the kaiju in their full form, this release uniquely portrays Godzilla with its legs buried in the snow, featuring white paint applications to simulate the snow covering its body.
