BANDAI SPIRITS' TAMASHII NATIONS collectible toy division has officially announced the latest addition to its acclaimed "Saint Seiya Myth Cloth EX" series: the "α Dubhe Siegfried 40th Anniversary Ver." action figure! Priced at 19,800 JPY (tax included), this highly anticipated release is slated for November 2026.
Reincarnated from the mightiest hero of Norse mythology, α Dubhe Siegfried is the chief and strongest God Warrior of Asgard. Embodying noble chivalry, he holds absolute loyalty to Queen Hilda. Legend says that in the age of myths, he slew a demonic dragon, and the dragon's blood made his body immortal, save for a single spot on his back that remained untouched. His power surpasses even that of the Gold Saints of the Twelve Zodiac, making him a formidable rival to Gemini Saga.
Commemorating the anime's 40th anniversary, the "Saint Seiya Myth Cloth EX α Dubhe Siegfried 40th Anniversary Ver." action figure makes its grand return after many years, incorporating the latest manufacturing techniques! Building upon the 2019 release, this new version features the cutting-edge "EX METAL body," significantly enhancing both its proportions and stability. The armor is meticulously recreated with an electroplated finish, achieving an even more exquisite and striking purple metallic sheen. And, much to fans' delight, the cloth cape's inner lining has finally been updated to red!
In addition to the included interchangeable face parts—"Normal," "Shouting," "Shouting (Side Glance)," "Gritting Teeth," and "Smiling"—a brand-new "Surprised" face has been added, allowing for a wide range of emotional displays.
The God Cloth can also be assembled onto its dedicated stand, allowing for display in its majestic Evil Dragon Fafner Object Mode!
Furthermore, the figure comes with a limited-edition sleeve featuring exclusive artwork by Michi Himeno, along with a special display stand commemorating the anime's 40th anniversary!
