Danish toy giant LEGO has officially unveiled the latest addition to its BrickHeadz line, the 40880 Avengers: Doomsday Heroes & Villain set. Scheduled to hit shelves on October 4, 2026, this 467-piece collection will retail for $39.99.
"Avengers: Doomsday" is a blockbuster film set for Phase Six of the MCU, centering on Doctor Doom as the primary antagonist. The movie brings one of Marvel Comics' most formidable villains to the big screen, uniting characters from factions like the Avengers, X-Men, and the Fantastic Four. This new set perfectly captures the film's epic crossover roster. Each of the four characters comes with signature accessories: Gambit wields his iconic bo staff, Thor is equipped with Stormbreaker and lightning effect parts, The Thing features orange elements to recreate his rocky appearance, and Doctor Doom brandishes green power blasts, showcasing the archvillain's menacing presence.
Also launching on October 4, 2026, are several other sets in the same wave, creating the ultimate LEGO collection for "Avengers: Doomsday". These include "76347 Quinjet" ($59.99), "76348 Epic Showdown" ($99.99), and "76352 New Avengers Tower" ($109.99).
