Japanese figure manufacturer Kaiyodo has announced the upcoming release of their latest scale figure, the "Marie Rose 1/7 Scale Figure," based on the fighting game "Dead or Alive 6," slated for June 2027.
The highly popular character from the "Dead or Alive" series, Marie Rose, is an 18-year-old young woman with blonde twin-tails and a Gothic Lolita-style outfit. She is employed as Helena's maid, though her true identity remains a mystery. Despite her innocent, cute, devilish smile, she is a master of Systema, the Russian military martial art that emphasizes using an opponent's strength against them. Her fighting style focuses on fluid movements without fixed stances, allowing her to neutralize opponents' attacks by relaxing her body. Additionally, she possesses numerous deliberately cute and mischievous moves, such as her classic "Cat Punch," butt attacks, and various taunts.
The "Marie Rose 1/7 Scale Figure" stands approximately 25cm tall, bringing her default maid outfit from the game to life. The sculpt meticulously captures her confident yet adorable facial features, befitting a fighter. Her lustrous blonde hair is rendered with a pearlescent paint finish. The intricate sculpting and paintwork on her outfit differentiate the textures of fabric, leather, and metal, highlighting her fair and slender physique. Her playful and cute signature pose can be displayed individually or alongside the separately sold "Honoka" figure, showcasing their close bond from the story mode.
