BANDAI SPIRITS' collector toy division, [[KNOWN_TERM_1090]] NATIONS, has unveiled a new product in their [[KNOWN_TERM_122]] [[KNOWN_TERM_2264]] line: the "[[KNOWN_TERM_81]] KickHopper & [[KNOWN_TERM_81]] PunchHopper 20th Anniversary Ver. [[KNOWN_TERM_2828]] Set", based on the "[[KNOWN_TERM_81]] Kabuto" series. This set is priced at 22,000 JPY and is slated for release in March 2027.
The transformers of [[KNOWN_TERM_81]] KickHopper (キックホッパー) and [[KNOWN_TERM_81]] PunchHopper (パンチホッパー) are Sou Yaguruma and Shun Kageyama, respectively. They are known as the "Hell Brothers," who embraced darkness after being abandoned by ZECT. Both utilize prototype Zecters, allowing them to directly enter Rider Form without the need for a "Cast Off." The green KickHopper specializes in powerful left-leg kicks, while the brown PunchHopper is adept at continuous punches.
Both figures in this "[[KNOWN_TERM_81]] KickHopper & [[KNOWN_TERM_81]] PunchHopper 20th Anniversary Ver." set stand approximately 14.5 cm tall. They leverage the acclaimed [[KNOWN_TERM_2264]] sculpting technique, which meticulously builds the figure from the skeletal and muscular structure outwards to the suit, as seen in the 2017 releases of the [[KNOWN_TERM_2264]] [[KNOWN_TERM_81]] KickHopper and [[KNOWN_TERM_2264]] [[KNOWN_TERM_81]] PunchHopper figures. This new version reinterprets the suit colors from the show, resulting in a more subdued and saturated appearance. Thanks to seamless joint designs, particularly around the hips, collectors can achieve a wide range of fluid poses without compromising the figures' natural human lines! Furthermore, the anchor-type boosters equipped on KickHopper's left leg and PunchHopper's right arm feature movable mechanisms, perfectly capturing dynamic scenes from their signature finishing moves!
This 20th Anniversary edition also specially includes light-collecting head parts. When installed, shining a light from behind creates an impressive illuminating effect! For accessories, each Rider comes with two pairs of interchangeable hands and one Hopper Zecter. A dedicated display backdrop is also included, allowing collectors to recreate iconic transformation scenes with their display bases!
