Good Smile Company's popular "Nendoroid" series today announced two new figures from the 1989 "Batman" film: Batman and The Joker. This article brings you the details for the Nendoroid Batman (1989 Ver.), slated for release in April 2022!
Standing approximately 10 cm tall, this fully articulated figure perfectly captures Gotham's Dark Knight. It faithfully recreates the iconic yellow-backed black Bat-symbol on his chest, his utility belt, the sculpted lines of his Batsuit's torso, and his forearm gauntlets. The figure also includes two interchangeable cape parts, which, with his short limbs, give him an incredibly comical and charming look when posed mid-flight! Accessories include a Batarang, a grapple gun, the Bat-Signal, and the incredibly cool Batmobile. Batman's cape can even be removed to place him inside the Batmobile! While it's a shame there's no Michael Keaton-esque pursed-lip face plate, the overall package is still incredibly appealing!
