Hong Kong-based toy manufacturer Hot Toys today (31st) unveiled two new figures from Marvel's upcoming film, "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings": Shang-Chi and Wenwu! This piece will focus on the product information for the "Shang-Chi" 1/6 scale collectible figure, designated MMS614.
Standing approximately 30 cm (11.8 inches) tall, this figure boasts 30 points of articulation, faithfully recreating Shang-Chi's signature look from the trailer: a red short-sleeved top, black pants, and sneakers. The top meticulously captures the intricate black line patterns and the short, shoulder armor-like structures on both shoulders. The head sculpt, in my opinion, is outstanding, not only realistically capturing actor Simu Liu's contours, facial features, and neat short hair, but also his striking likeness. Accessories include two fighting staffs (one featuring a dynamic glowing effect), a necklace, multiple interchangeable hands, and four additional accessories slated for official reveal in September.
