Following the release of the Char Aznable Commander Helmet, Japanese figure manufacturer MegaHouse is back with another impressive entry in their "Full Scale Works" series, which faithfully recreates popular anime character props in real-world scale. Today, they announced the latest product from "Mobile Suit Gundam": the "Char Aznable Normal Suit Helmet," slated for release in May 2022.

This new collectible brings to life the helmet worn by the iconic Zeon ace pilot, "The Red Comet" Char Aznable, when he dons his normal suit in "Mobile Suit Gundam." Featuring a horn ornament on the forehead similar to his commander helmet, its distinctive magenta hue is undeniably captivating. One of the most unforgettable scenes featuring this helmet is undoubtedly the intense hand-to-hand combat between Char and Amuro during the final battle at the space fortress "A Baoa Qu"!
▼ During that climactic moment, Char, wearing this very helmet, took a direct thrust from Amuro's beam saber to the face. Fortunately, the visor's material was robust enough to completely block the fatal attack. "If I hadn't been wearing this helmet, I would have died on the spot," — Char's personal review of the helmet's performance.

The "Full Scale Works Char Aznable Normal Suit Helmet" is crafted at a near 1/1 scale, standing approximately 33 cm tall. It meticulously reproduces the sharp design of the head's horn ornament, with various paint applications to capture the distinct luster of different materials. The visor lens is made from clear material, and based on the specifications of the previous Earth Federation Forces Normal Suit Helmet, it should be detachable. However, this item is primarily intended for display, so attempting to wear it might lead to a tight squeeze!
