Hot Toys recently unveiled two new figures from "Back to the Future Part III," shortly after releasing their "Marty McFly & Einstein" and "Doc Brown" figures from the original "Back to the Future." This article brings you all the details on the new "Doc Brown" 1/6th scale collectible figure.
Standing approximately 31.5 cm tall with 30 points of articulation, this figure captures Doc Brown's iconic look from "Back to the Future Part III" when he comes to Marty's rescue. The layered outfit features a striped shirt, vest, khaki long coat, and a scarf, creating a rich and detailed appearance. Similar to Marty's figure, Doc's head sculpt integrates his cowboy hat with his hair. Personally, I really wish Hot Toys had opted for rooted hair for his voluminous white locks, especially since he has so many classic hat-off moments in the third film, like when he first falls for Ms. Clara!
Collectors can also recreate Doc's other memorable look from the film using the included brown checkered suit jacket and black-grey bow tie. Accessories include a pocket watch, a communicator, an incredibly cool simulated DeLorean time machine model, a pistol, and that highly detailed, imposing long rifle. Paired with multiple interchangeable hands, you can pose Doc in all his heroic glory.
