FREEing, the Japanese toy company, has announced the latest addition to its "B-Style" series, known for its impressive 1/4 scale figures. The new release is a 1/4 scale Izuku Midoriya figure from "My Hero Academia." Priced at 33,000 JPY, the figure is slated for a July 2022 release.
Izuku Midoriya, the protagonist of "My Hero Academia" and affectionately known as "Deku," was originally one of the rare individuals born without a Quirk. However, his deep admiration for the No. 1 Hero, All Might, coupled with his unwavering determination to work harder than anyone else and his self-sacrificing nature to help others, earned him All Might's recognition. He then inherited the "One For All" Quirk from All Might, and since then, Izuku has tirelessly strived to become the greatest hero.
The B-Style "Izuku Midoriya" figure is crafted in an impressive 1/4 scale, standing approximately 35 cm tall. It captures a dynamic battle moment, bringing Izuku to life as he unleashes a powerful shout, his eyes burning with fierce determination. Every detail, from his iconic spiky hair to his hero suit, gloves, and even his waist pouch, is meticulously sculpted. The figure features high-quality gradient and metallic paint applications, further enhancing its visual appeal. Combined with his energetic forward-swinging pose and the swirling smoke effect parts around his feet, the figure perfectly conveys the intense atmosphere of combat.
▼Compared to a Nendoroid, the 1/4 scale truly emphasizes the figure's imposing presence!
