Recent rumors have been swirling, and LEGO's highly anticipated, super-heavyweight new set, the "10294 Titanic," was finally unveiled last night (the 7th)! It is scheduled for release on November 8, 2021.

The "LEGO Titanic" utilizes a staggering 9,090 pieces. In terms of piece count alone, it's surpassed only by the "31203 World Map" with 11,695 pieces, and it slightly exceeds the "10276 Colosseum" which has 9,036 pieces. However, its impressive 135 cm (53 inch) length firmly establishes it as one of the largest LEGO sets ever! The model meticulously recreates the legendary British Royal Mail Ship's iconic black, white, and red color scheme, along with its massive golden-yellow funnels. The hull lines are faithfully reproduced, and it even features playable surprises like rotatable propellers and a deployable anchor for docking.

Beyond the upper decks, intricate interior details such as the dining saloons, grand staircase, and boiler rooms can be fully appreciated thanks to the three-section hull design. The sight of all those meticulously arranged bricks is truly satisfying! The display aspect hasn't been overlooked either; LEGO has crafted a wood-textured display stand to securely dock this Olympic-class ocean liner, complete with a "TITANIC" nameplate – a truly luxurious presentation! However, where exactly to display this massive LEGO set is definitely a question every collector will need to ponder!
