Japanese model maker CCP recently announced the latest addition to its "1/6 Tokusatsu Series" sofubi line: the "Neronga" from the movie "Shin Ultraman," slated for an April 2022 release.
Designed by Tohl Narita, the transparent Kaiju "Neronga" first appeared in episode 3 of the original "Ultraman" series. This colossal monster feeds on electricity and possesses the ability to become completely invisible, only revealing its full form when absorbing power. Beyond siphoning electricity, its distinctive horn can also unleash a devastating "Tyrant Electric Shock" of tens of thousands of volts.
The "1/6 Tokusatsu Series Neronga" is based on the new design by Mahiro Maeda from the "Shin Ultraman" film. Boasting an impressive size of 30 cm tall and 40 cm long, the figure meticulously sculpts the rough skin texture, the characteristic net-like structure on its neck, and its massive, fanged mouth, perfectly capturing its terrifying and ferocious appearance!
