TAKARA TOMY's toy brand T-ARTS is set to release a new series of capsule toys this November, drawing inspiration from the fantasy epic film "The Lord of the Rings." The collection is officially titled "Lord of the Rings Item Collection" (ロード・オブ・ザ・リング アイテムコレクション)!
In the rich world created by J.R.R. Tolkien, even the smallest objects and weapons often possess immense, undeniable power. Beyond "The One Ring" that drives the entire cinematic saga, other artifacts like the Three Elven Rings, the Phial of Galadriel, the Mithril shirt, and Sting, the Elven dagger, all hold magical properties.
This new capsule toy lineup features four iconic treasures: "The One Ring" (ひとつの指輪), the "Leaf of Lórien Brooch" (エルフのブローチ) gifted by the Golden Wood Elves to the Fellowship, Aragorn's ancestral "Ring of Barahir" (バラヒアの指輪), and the Elven princess "Arwen's Evenstar Pendant" (アルウェンのペンダント). Ranging from 2 to 6 centimeters in size, each piece is intricately sculpted to capture the unique details of these legendary artifacts. Collectors can look forward to a satisfying, weighty metallic feel for the actual pieces!
