Following up on our previous report about the "Luigi's Mansion" themed sets information, the "LEGO Super Mario" series, a collaborative effort between LEGO and Nintendo that blends physical and digital play, has fully unveiled several new products slated for release on January 1, 2022. Let's dive in!
This wave of new releases includes three Expansion Sets, which require a Mario or Luigi Starter Course for the full interactive experience, along with the fourth installment of the Character Packs, featuring 10 unique characters. The Clown Car in set 71396 can be played with alongside the previously released Bowser Jr. figure. Sets 71398 and 71400 are designed around beach themes, featuring appealing build structures like mini sandcastles and wooden bridges. As for the Character Packs, both the vibrant characters and their miniature scenes are incredibly charming, making them perfect desk decorations.
