LEGO is kicking off the holiday season early with its "Limitless Creativity" campaign, inviting everyone to celebrate the festive period. In addition to in-store gift-with-purchase events and hands-on activities, this year LEGO is making its debut at the massive Christmasland in New Taipei City. In partnership with the city government, LEGO has created a fantastic Christmas wonderland for consumers, featuring the world's first-ever "3D LEGO Laser Light Projection Show," the largest LEGO Santa Claus in Taiwan, and several giant LEGO-themed photo-op installations, including "LEGO Christmas City," "LEGO Gingerbread Village," and "LEGO Fantasy Christmas Town." The celebration extends to designated stores nationwide, which will not only feature a curated list of the Top 10 Christmas gifts of the year but also offer exclusive gifts with purchase and building experiences to usher in a warm and joyful holiday season.
LEGO and New Taipei City Government Team Up for a Must-See 2021 Christmasland Event, Kicking Off December 3rd
As 2021 draws to a close, The LEGO Group has partnered with the New Taipei City Government for the first time to create an unprecedented LEGO Christmasland. The event elevates the festival's famous light show by projecting LEGO Santa and his elves onto the facade of the New Taipei City Hall, creating a globally exclusive "3D LEGO Laser Light Projection Show." The grounds will also be filled with various large-scale LEGO art installations across three themed zones: "LEGO Christmas City" in Citizen's Plaza, "LEGO Gingerbread Village" in the Station Front Plaza, and "LEGO Fantasy Christmas Town" in Wanping Park. These larger-than-life LEGO scenes are set to become the must-visit photo spots of the holiday season. During the event, a 4-meter-tall "LEGO Christmas House" pop-up shop, designed like a gingerbread house and gift tower, will offer a wide selection of recommended Christmas sets for all ages. The pop-up will also feature an exclusive "Christmas Gift Pack" with qualifying purchases, ensuring a fun-filled Christmas month for both kids and adults.
