For this Body-chan release, Kentaro Yabuki himself was invited to participate in the design process. The figure's sculpt perfectly captures the alluring and sensual body proportions characteristic of Yabuki-sensei's artwork, resulting in the captivating S.H.Figuarts Body-chan -Kentaro Yabuki- Edition DX SET (Pale orange Color Ver.). Measuring approximately 135mm tall, this figure features a soft, pale orange body color, close to a natural skin tone, and boasts voluptuous, rounded female curves. Even without facial expressions, it exudes the distinct charm and allure of a bishojo from Kentaro Yabuki's illustrations.
Beyond its highly articulated joints and a generous selection of interchangeable parts, including 8 pairs of hands/wrists and specialized leg parts for sitting (seiza) and duck-sitting poses, allowing for a wide range of flexible and dynamic postures, the set also comes packed with various accessories. These include fitness equipment like an ab roller and balance ball, as well as everyday items such as a frying pan, a shoulder bag, and even a popsicle – a truly clever selection! Combined with long and short display stands and a clear dedicated base that doubles as a storage box, collectors can enjoy recreating lively scenes and drawing natural poses.
