Luxembourg's premier statue maker Tsume-Art, renowned for its exquisite craftsmanship and elaborate dioramas of Japanese anime characters, is expanding its new "IKIGAI" series. Following the releases of "Siegfried of Dubhe Alpha" and "Gemini Saga", the "Saint Seiya" themed line will now welcome the "Hades IKIGAI" and "Poseidon IKIGAI" 1/6 scale full body statues! These are slated for release between Q3 2022 and Q3-Q4 2023.
Appearing in the Poseidon Arc, Poseidon is a major deity among the Twelve Olympian Gods, second only to Zeus in stature. He is hailed as a genius who controls the future of global maritime transport, ruling the seas and even extending his influence to Norse mythology. A sworn enemy of Athena, he sought to eradicate humanity and was ultimately sealed away by the goddess in Athena's Jar.
The "IKIGAI" statue series is characterized by dynamic poses that capture characters mid-attack, all rendered in 1/6 scale. This new "Poseidon IKIGAI" full body statue stands 34 cm tall, 36 cm deep, and 18 cm wide. It faithfully recreates Poseidon in his human vessel, Julian Solo, featuring striking azure hair and deep, ocean-blue eyes. A faint smile plays on his face, yet his gaze burns with fury as he prepares to hurl his trident at Saori Kido, Athena's reincarnation! His opulent golden-bronze armor boasts a heavy metallic finish, meticulously detailing its multi-layered orange-gold plating. Poseidon stands atop a tumultuous, transparent wave, evoking his dominion over the seas and his destructive power. A shattered Pillar of Life is also included, further immersing the piece in the world of "Saint Seiya."

About the IKIGAI Statue Series:
The "IKIGAI" series offers the benefits of (slightly) reduced pricing and (slightly) shorter production times. What makes this series truly unique is the distribution method for its "Ultimate Edition." The official website does not list or sell standard and Ultimate versions separately; the packaging is identical. Collectors won't know if they've received the Ultimate Edition until they unbox their statue! Compared to the standard version, the Ultimate Edition includes additional battle-damaged details, elaborate effect parts, and extra weapons. You can click here to learn more on the official website.
