BANDAI SPIRITS Hobby Division has announced the latest addition to its popular character model kit series, "Figure-rise Standard," featuring "Kamen Rider Kuuga Titan Form / Rising Titan Form" from the "Kamen Rider Kuuga" series, slated for release in May 2022.
Kamen Rider Kuuga is the transformed state of adventurer Yusuke Godai, who dons the ancient Linto warrior's transformation belt, the "Arcle," found within the Kurogatake Ruins. Legend says he is the warrior destined to fight the Gurongi tribe, and the police refer to him as "Unidentified Life Form No. 4." Thanks to the "Amadam" spirit stone embedded in the Arcle, Kuuga can transform into various forms, each manipulating a corresponding natural element. This new release features the "Titan Form / Rising Titan Form," which harnesses the power of earth, sacrificing agility for formidable defense and strength. In this form, Kuuga uses heavy armor to withstand attacks and can transform any sword-like object into his dedicated weapon, the "Titan Sword," to launch his offensive.
The "Figure-rise Standard Kamen Rider Kuuga Titan Form / Rising Titan Form" boasts newly drawn full-color box art. The kit utilizes the base body from the previously released Mighty Form, incorporating new parts to faithfully recreate the Titan Form's distinctive purple armor and belt. The gold sections are electroplated, achieving a luxurious matte gold finish, and a newly sculpted dedicated weapon, the "Titan Sword," is included.
The kit also comes with a set of dedicated parts to recreate the "Rising Titan Form," allowing builders to choose between the two forms. The gold parts for the Rising Titan armor and belt are also electroplated. By attaching gold reinforcement parts to two Titan Swords, you can recreate the powerful dedicated weapon, the "Rising Titan Sword!"
