Following the "Figure-rise Standard Kamen Rider OOO Tatoba Combo," BANDAI SPIRITS Hobby Division, a popular character model kit series from Japan, has announced its latest product from "Kamen Rider OOO": the "Figure-rise Standard Kamen Rider OOO Tajador Combo," slated for release in April 2022.
The bird-type "Tajador Combo" is a form Kamen Rider OOO accesses by utilizing the Taka (Hawk), Kujaku (Peacock), and Condor Core Medals. These bird-type medals are also central to Eiji Hino's partner monster, Ankh. This form's appearance evokes a blazing phoenix. The Taka Head grants superior vision for locking onto enemies from high altitudes, while the Kujaku Arms can launch feather-shaped shurikens. From its back, three pairs of Kujaku Wings can deploy for supersonic flight, with the Condor Legs assisting in posture control during flight and generating vacuum blades during kicks. When performing its finisher, "Prominence Drop" (プロミネンスドロップ), the formidable Raptor Edges (talon-like attachments) on the Condor Legs extend. Additionally, the Tajador Combo possesses its exclusive shield-type weapon, the "TaJa Spinner," which can hold Core Medals to unleash various fire-based attacks.
The "Figure-rise Standard Kamen Rider OOO Tajador Combo" is built upon the articulated body of the Tatoba Combo. It utilizes numerous new parts to faithfully recreate the Tajador Combo's vibrant red color and sharp design. The kit includes the Taka, Kujaku, and Condor Core Medals, which can be inserted into the OOO Driver belt to replicate the transformation sequence, along with the precisely sculpted coin slots of the "TaJa Spinner" shield weapon.
Furthermore, interchangeable parts allow for the deployment of the three pairs of articulated wings on the back and the sharp giant claws on the calves, perfectly capturing the powerful stance when performing the "Prominence Drop" finisher! The product also features Kamen Rider OOO's signature Combo Change mechanism, allowing the head, chest, lower body, and the circular emblem on the chest to be disassembled. These parts can be freely interchanged with other separately sold "Figure-rise Standard Kamen Rider OOO" combos to create various mixed forms!
