To commemorate the upcoming anime adaptation of "Fuuto PI," the sequel manga to "Kamen Rider W," set to premiere in August this year, BANDAI SPIRITS' TAMASHII NATIONS collector's division has announced the latest addition to its "S.H.Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou" line. The "S.H.Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider W Cyclone Joker Fuuto PI Anime Commemoration Edition" is slated for an August 2022 release. This series meticulously sculpts figures from the skeletal structure up, faithfully recreating the physique of the suit actors who portray these Tokusatsu heroes.
The main body of this "Kamen Rider W Cyclone Joker" figure reuses the mold from the 2016 release, meticulously replicating the physique of suit actor Seiji Takaiwa as seen in the series. It features exquisite paintwork to capture various textures. The entire figure boasts flexible and natural-looking articulation, allowing collectors to pose him in dynamic battle stances. The "W DRIVER" transformation belt includes movable mechanisms to recreate its deployed state, and the Gaia Memories are detachable.
Beyond the plastic scarf included with the original version, this release comes with a newly crafted silver-white fabric scarf. Supervised by the "Fuuto PI" anime production team, this new scarf captures the cool, dynamic look from the animation and features an embedded wire, allowing for free posing to recreate dramatic wind-swept scenes. Additionally, a commemorative circular display stand, emblazoned with the "Fuuto PI" logo, is included.
