BANDAI CANDY, the Shokugan (candy toy) division of Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., recently announced the August 2022 release of the latest product in the "CONVERGE MOTION ULTRAMAN" series: the "Warriors Shining in the Distance Set" from "Ultraman Z."
Unlike the static, single-pose figures of the previous CONVERGE ULTRAMAN series, the "CONVERGE MOTION ULTRAMAN" line utilizes the same stylized, low-head-to-body ratio to recreate iconic transformation poses, battle stances, and even finisher moves from the Ultraman series, further highlighting each character's unique appeal.
The "CONVERGE MOTION Warriors Shining in the Distance Set" features three figures that appeared in the final episode of "Ultraman Z": Destrudos, Ultraman Z Delta Rise Claw, and Ultraman Z Original. The set captures Destrudos at an imposing 8 cm tall, unleashing its D4 Ray from its abdomen (with beam effect parts included). Ultraman Z Original is depicted performing the Zestium Beam (also with beam effect parts), while Ultraman Z Delta Rise Claw is shown dynamically wielding the Belialok.
