Have you seen Robert Pattinson's "The Batman" in theaters yet, fellow collectors? Hong Kong's renowned toy manufacturer Hot Toys recently unveiled a wave of new products from the film, and this article brings you the details on the "Batman" 1/6 scale collectible figure (standard version)! It's expected to ship between Q2 and Q3 2023.
The dark superhero film "The Batman," directed by Matt Reeves and starring Robert Pattinson as the new generation's Caped Crusader, follows Bruce Wayne as he dons the cowl to become the fearsome vigilante, Batman. He patrols a Gotham City increasingly corrupted by crime, corruption, and collusion, meting out justice. In addition to the Riddler, classic Batman characters like Catwoman and Penguin also make appearances.
Standing approximately 31 cm tall, this figure boasts 30 points of articulation. It meticulously recreates the armored Batsuit from the film, featuring finely textured fabric and a wired cape that allows for dynamic posing and natural draping. The Batarang on the chest is also detachable – super cool! Details on the shoulder armor, abdominal lines, forearm gauntlets, and utility belt are all faithfully reproduced, showcasing a rich sense of layering throughout the design. The head sculpts include a masked head with rolling eyeballs and three interchangeable lower face plates, alongside an unmasked head sculpt that captures Robert Pattinson's likeness from the movie. Accessories include two Batarangs, two grappling hooks (in different states), The Riddler's envelope, a card, a stick-like weapon, handcuffs, and more.
