BANDAI SPIRITS HOBBY Division has officially announced the latest addition to the "SD Gundam World Heroes" model kit series: the SDW HEROES Reif Gundam GP04. Hailing from the "SD Gundam World Heroes The Legend of Dragon Knight" spinoff, this new kit is slated for an August 2022 release.
The new hero, Reif Gundam GP04, is a mysterious wandering merchant cloaked in a full-body cape. His design is inspired by the "phantom" prototype mobile suit, the GP04 Gerbera, from "Mobile Suit Gundam 0083." Despite his extensive network, including renowned heroes like Sun Jian and Benjamin, his true origins remain largely unknown.
The "SDW HEROES Reif Gundam GP04" features a silver-black armor design based on the GP04. It comes with a full-body cape part that covers everything except the shoulders, recreating the subtle silhouette reminiscent of the Gerbera Tetra. In addition to its dedicated dagger weapon, the kit also includes shield parts that can be equipped by Knight Strike Gundam.
